The house is well insulated with full double glazing and total control heating, and is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, breadmaker, slow cooker, charcoal barbeque, cot, high chair and stair gate.

Pets are welcome though not on the furniture or in the bedrooms please. No smoking in the house or games room under any circumstances please.
